Hi everyone! I'm a 17 year old college student studying Engineering in the states. I went to college being super conscious of what I ate, but then suddenly gained the freshman fifteen - literally. I'm determined to get back to my goal weight when I first started school, and really tone up and tighten my tummy :) I'm really into running for cardio, yoga, and pilates - they're my main sources of activity. All I want is to be able to tell myself that I am beautiful and feel good in my skin, and gain that sense of confidence that everyone at college seems to have!
